How will my goods be shipped

Remotes & products will be shipped via Australia Post. In an Express Post Satchel with tracking within 24 hours excluding weekends.

How long will my remotes take to arrive?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.

For a delivery address within NSW 1-2+ business days. Outside of NSW 1-3+ business days.
Postage is available Australia wide within the Australia post network.

Please allow between 5-14 business days, despite being sent via Australia Post Express satchels a delay through this can occur.

Alternatively we do offer collection from our shop front in Waverley. Please call to order remote over phone.

WILL THE REMOTE COME WITH CODING INSTRUCTIONS

Yes, all remotes arrive with activation/coding instructions. Our website also has a step by step video to assist.

DOES IT COME WITH A BATTERY

Yes, all remotes came with a battery included.

Return shipping cost are payable by you unless specified.
